Apple and Google are two platforms that have been on the market for many years. Each has its own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. But, nevertheless, users tend to trust Apple more, explaining all this by the company's good reputation, and as it turned out, all this is not without reason.
Protecting privacy from governments, corporations and other businesses that seek to learn as much information as possible is becoming increasingly difficult. The situation is not able to change, new rules and even laws.
Almost every user understands that some well-known applications, regardless of the operating system, are capable of collecting information about users. Including such a well-known search engine as Google is no exception.
In recent years, there have been many studies, during which it became known that the search giant Google reads a lot more information than Apple does from the iPhone. Moreover, this situation occurs even if the option responsible for this is turned off.
It is worth considering that Apple is not perfect. Experts say iPhones also collect data about their users.
The credibility of a particular company depends on the country. For example, in Ukraine, Apple is not as popular as in the United States. But every Ukrainian knows about the Google search engine.
Apple or Google which is better
Many believe that Apple cares about its users. Cupertino uses advanced encryption algorithms that are completely different from Google. There are many examples on the net that prove this fact. And the main thing is that fans of "apple" products are sure that the company is guided by the interests of the owners of iPhone smartphones, and not their own.
There is also information that despite the resistance, Apple is still cooperating with the secret services, merging a lot of personal information of users with iCloud. And there, as you know, without protective end-to-end encryption, there are not only payment data, but also information about all movements of personal funds. If the company took care of the protection of iCloud, then the special services would not be able to gain access to the user's data.
There is another problem with Android devices. Research has proven that Google can track the location of a smartphone. Surveillance is especially active when the phone is not in use.
